Baltimore Dance Project 30th Anniversary

Soooo thanks to some facebook feedback I was getting, I couldn’t help but share more of my favorites from this UMBC assignment! Back in December I got to not only photograph 3 amazing and talented dancers in a campaign for the Baltimore Dance Project’s 30th Anniversary and February performance, but I got to do it ON A ROOF. On the new Performing Arts and Humanities Building roof to be exact. Such an awesome experience. Thank you so much to the fantastic dancers for jumping around on a cold windy morning on a roof and making it look easy! Can’t wait to see the performance in February.

You can find out more info here! :: http://artscalendar.umbc.edu/2012/04/26/baltimore-dance-project/

Enjoy!

P.S. In case more dancers are reading/interested, I would absolutely LOVE to do more of a series similar to this – dancers in unique spaces.. if you’re interested PLEASE contact me!!!

P.P.S. While we’re on the subject of cool UMBC projects, just know that I can’t wait to share one that we’ve just started working on now for this year’s career week :) Stay tuned!

  1. Gahh! They’re even cooler than I was expecting!
I really like all the construction shots. Linehans represent :)

  2. These are absolutely gorgeous! I love the colors of their outfits against the blue sky. The last one is particularly cool, where they’re all moving in the same way. What a cool photo shoot! Ahhh, I can’t stop looking!
