Kurt & MJ are engaged.. & very soon to be married! | Harford County MD Photographer

That’s right! Soon to be married, as in tomorrow – Saturday! And I couldn’t be more excited to be going down to Virginia and celebrating with them as a guest! Kurt is my Godmother’s son. We basically grew up together.. as in, we both got dragged along to all sorts of activities that our moms wanted to do ;) But since they are/were both art teachers, I think it all worked out okay haha. In college, Kurt was going to school and living in Virgina, which included a trip abroad to Korea!

Although I first met MJ at their engagement session, it already feels like we have been friends for years! As I was editing these photos I remember smiling and thinking how much I love seeing couples happy together, especially when it’s family. MJ, thank you for being such a sweet and kind person – I’m so glad to know you! & I’m so happy you and Kurt found each other and will be married this weekend!

We started the session at the Liridoendron in Bel Air, one of my favorite places in my hometown! :) Even in winter it is a gorgeous place <3

We finished up the session along Main Street in Bel Air, and got a bit of a beautiful creamy sunset light :) How AMAZING do these two look?!

A special thank you to the sweet kind wonderful management at Savona in Bel Air! They were SO welcoming when we came in to ask if we could photograph a bit in the shop and I’m so grateful – I love how these turned out! :)
