SFNC Celebrates 60 Years! Gala Event
It was such a great time and an honor to capture this event as SFNC celebrates 60 years of continued service this past May! And I’m so glad to have had a chance to learn more about the people and organization behind the center in the process too!
St Francis Neighborhood Center serves Baltimore City in the neighborhood of Reservoir Hill. Through connections to services, after school programs, education and mentoring, plus a host of other resources and events, they are a valued local organization that empowers and supports their community members in Baltimore City! (Make sure to learn more about St Francis on their site here!)
This spring, to celebrate 60 years of SFNC, they hosted a phenomenal Masquerade-themed Gala at the center! It was such a fun night highlighting the history and the current services that SFNC provides. They checked off every box with great food and drink, music and a showcase of creative talents from Baltimore city youth and contributing sponsors – featuring a silent auction, decorated masks, and a viewing of the video presentation “Our Voice, Your Choices: When will we be Free?” by the SFNC Igniter Interns – and much more!
It was such a fun evening celebrating SFNC’s 60th and I highly encourage everyone to give them a follow for more updates all year long! Here are some favorites from the night!
Sponsors for the evening include: catering by Water for Chocolate, tasting from Off the Rox, and Music by DJ TNT
Thank you again SFNC for having me there to document this great event!
