Places | Frederick, MD Photography - Marlayna Photography

This week started off with a bit of an adventure.. Adam had an appointment in Frederick, MD and since it was such a drive for a sort of short visit, I decided to go with him. I’d only been once before, a little while back when I did an Alumni shoot for UMBC Magazine. The photo was of Maggie, owner of Lebherz Olive Oil & Vinegar Emporium, pictured to the right inside of her store. She was very friendly, and had such a cute shop. The only disappointment was how dreary the weather was that day, so I didn’t really get a chance to explore downtown Frederick.

So anyway, this was an opportunity my photography impulses could not resist!! The town had such amazing and unique architecture, plus as an added bonus.. a creek and promenade. I wish I had remembered to also take some photos of our lunch, at La Paz, but I was too busy eating it! It was sooo delicious! & they give you a free basket of chips and salsa.. can’t go wrong there. All in all.. pretty awesome town.. could do a lot of shopping there some time ;) Enjoy!
