Fall Backyard Maryland Wedding Day

I still smile when I remember how Melissa told me that she and Adam wouldn’t probably want a lot of photos of just the two of them (as with most photographers, she said she prefer taking the photos ;) ) but when it came time do their portraits, we had the most gorgeous golden hour light and I couldn’t resist taking them around the property.. and they were SO fun and easy to photograph too! These two are just super in love (and had the sweetest vows that may or may not have made me cry behind the camera!). Due to uncertain venue circumstances, at the last minute they decided to change locations and were married at Adam’s parent’s home. However, you would have never known it wasn’t the plan all along. These two and their family and friends came together to make the most gorgeous and laid back fall wedding you could hope for! And I’m especially obsessed with their flower curtain ceremony backdrop!
