{Apple, Class of 2012} Harford County High School Senior Portraits

Finally getting caught up on things enough that I can bring you this blog post in a timely manner since the session! Amazing! haha

Apple is another Harford Tech-ian (yep, just made that up!) to come to me for her senior portraits – actually I realized I’m sort of working my way through my mom’s homeroom class ;) {see, Breanna’s Senior Portraits} Despite the fact that we did this session a good bit into December, there is something about these photos that feels warm and cheerful :] Apple is a nursing student at Harford Tech, and she has been super involved in a lot of organizations over the years including as a member of the SGA, field hockey team, winter track, Sign Language Club (so cool!!), oh and did I mention she is senior class president?! Dang girl! Plus, she’s got musical talent too (as you’ll see in some of the shots with her guitar) and has performed at several of the school’s talent shows. Way to make me feel like an underachiever! haha, but really – you are going to have a lot going for you in college & the future!

Loving the cobra sign and colors at the turf

& then we were off on our woodland adventure haha

One of the facebook teasers, and one of my favorites, there on the left ;)

A quick outfit change!

For those that know me well, you know that I can be a bit indecisive at times… well I decided to just go with it with this little trio :P

Here’s another all time favorite. LOVE this light + her slight smile (or ‘the smirk’ as I attempted to explain haha) = WOW

Another facebook preview here … oh yeah, there were a few. Did I mention I’m indecisive sometimes??

Apple – you’ve got everything from cute to thoughtful to model all in one!

Haha I told Apple to twirl a bit :P

Breaking out the geeetar =]

Love this bridge & the whole area – such a great place for photos (thanks Mom for pointing it out to me!!)

& one final quick stop at this amazing stone house – I definitely want to explore this place more! It is so cool & I love all the texture!

I realize I hardly shared any of the black and whites this time – had a hard time straying from that beautiful warm light and colors, but I couldn’t resist having all the textures pop in this last one.

Hopefully though this session will go to show all you seniors that you don’t have to wait til the peak of fall or spring to get great photos! (Of course, those times of the year are great too) But Apple, you did an awesome job (and she never complained about being cold!) & I really enjoyed taking & editing your senior portraits! Best of luck to you with your nursing exams, the end of your senior year and your transition into college!

Enjoy your senior year, Apple!
