Kat & Ken’s Fall Wedding in Havre de Grace :: Harford County MD Wedding Photographer
I feel like I’ve been secretly hoarding and holding on to this post like a little squirrel… I just love this couple and their wedding so much :) Kat and I may or may not go way back to good ol high school marching band nerd days (yeeeeah that’s right, we definitely rocked out on some clarinet… haha). When she asked about photographing her wedding I was so honored and happy to be a part of it and get to document this amazing person marry her love. :) Kathleen, you are beautiful and strong and I can’t even begin to tell you how much I admire how you and your family have dealt with some impossibly hard times. I’m so glad to share your beautiful wedding day at last and hope it’s a reason to re-live all the sweetness of it <3 Many many congratulations to Kathleen & Ken – you two are amazing, fun and kind and I’m so happy to know you and have photographed your wedding!

Love the reactions! <3 And the beautiful orange butterfly touches for Kathleen’s Dad <3
We knew Kathleen’s dad was there that day, sending all his love and a golden orange light, glowing all over Kathleen & Ken <3
Kat and Ken were willing to be chilly a little bit for some beautiful photos.. you two are stunning and so sweet together
So many beautiful fall reception details – leaves and lights, a rustic woodsy carved cake – at the Vandiver Inn. & Of course, Kat’s baseball themed throw bouquet :)
So much fun! :) And of course, the best new trick in the book (please see: the garter swap ;) )
You two are simply perfect <3
And just when you thought the fun was done… as a PS I couldn’t help but leave you with the most hilarious end of the night. Ken revenge-‘icing’ his groomsmen after some apparent bachelor party icings. Bahaha.. he got them so good, loved being in on this prank ;)
