Lauren + Joe | Love Birds, Orioles Theme Rustic Wedding at Pond View Farm

September 25, 2014 · 1 Comment

You know how they say it’s good luck if it rains on your wedding day? I think it’s even better luck if it rains, and then stops long enough for you to have your entire ceremony outside, then rains again off and on until you have a beautiful rainbow to take photos under! :) And because of that, Lauren & Joe are incredibly lucky! But they are also just outright awesome people that I am so happy to have met! If you think rain on your wedding day is stressful, just look at these two. Even when there was some change of plans (and okay a little confusion as I tried to figure out how to assemble extended family photos under a pavilion.. THANK GOODNESS the rain stopped again for those! haha) Lauren and Joe just smiled and laughed through the whole day, clearly in that amazing wedding-day blissful zone. I adore these two together and how happy they make each other! All of their guests clearly had an amazing time as well! And just WAIT until you see some of these fierce dance moves.. Joe totally takes the trophy home on that though – so many excellent dance solos! Such a great time with an adorable couple at Pond View Farm, with plenty of rustic details and of course, Orioles references! :)

I’m blown away at the details, especially when Lauren’s dad told me that they were all handmade! So crafty and cute!

Pond View is loaded with tons of pretty places – including the beautiful house the girls got ready in! Ohh Lauren’s dress is so beautiful, I love it!

Loved that Lauren got to walk down the aisle with both her mom and her dad! :)

A unity tree! A definite favorite ceremony idea :) And so many adorable looks between these two! SO MUCH EXCITEMENT! You two are amazing!

Stealing a few shots of just the two of them before we went in and out of the pavilion’s shelter a few times ;)

Just a little bit of rain… but the best part is things carried on & everyone continued to have a great time!

Seriously so much joy! I love their natural happy smiles, so so sweet together! Lauren you are such a beautiful bride!

& Then mother nature sent us the sweetest apology for all the rain ;) So happy we could get these photos!

Remember when I said there were dance solos? Oh man were they great!

An absolutely fantastic party! Congratulations you two, so happy for you both and honored to be there to document it all! :)
